Rental Policy
- All fees must be paid in full ten (10) business days prior to the day of the event. No refunds will be given for poor weather or adverse conditions. Reservation fees are not refundable. Your security deposit and completed contract will confirm your reservation. This deposit will be refunded within ten (10) business days after your event provided all contract policies are observed.
- Town of Steilacoom Noise Ordinance #1074 is strictly enforced for all events.
- If alcohol is served you must provide a Banquet Permit as well as a Certificate of Liability Insurance. The documentor a true copy thereof must be received by the Town at least ten (10) days prior to the event.
- When decorating, you may use masking tape, painters tape or "fun tack" only. You may not use scotch or duct tape, nails, tacks or staples in our facilities at any time.
- If candles are used, they must be placed in fireproof containers that are higher than the candle flame (Fire Code Regulations).
- An attendant or security personnel will be present to help guests observe these policies.
