Steilacoom is a vibrant community with many public activities throughout the year. Please join us for the following annual events:

    

Apple Squeeze
Description	Enjoy the sweet aroma and taste of fresh squeezed apple juice and many other apple food items. On Lafayette Street, vendors will be offering their wares and food items. This event is produced by the Steilacoom Historical Museum Association.

Concerts in the Park
Description	Each year Pioneer Park features a series of free, public concerts. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. For more information, call 581-1076.

Fourth of July
Date	July 4
Description	Lafayette Street becomes the center of the annual old-fashioned, hometown Independence Day Parade and Street Fair.

Holiday at Town Hall
Date	First Friday in December
Description	Join us for a holiday tree lighting and a visit from Santa Clause. Musical program provided by Cherrydale Elemendary and Saltar's Point Middle School students.

Red Ribbon Bazaar
Date	December 5, 2009 - 9am to 4pm
Description	The 12th annual holiday bazaar will feature handmade arts & crafts and other items for holiday giving and enjoyment. Children's activities and photos with Santa will be available. School and local choirs will be performing.

Salmon Bake
Description	Sunnyside Beach Park finds the Steilacoom Historical Museum Association members cooking up a storm grilling salmon basted in Col. Don's secret sauce. Shuttle buses will operate that afternoon from downtown Steilacoom (in front of the Tennis Court on Lafayette Street). It’s only rained once during the past 30+ years’ bakes—last year.
